Parks Regulation

The Parks Regulation deals notably with the zoning of parks, the role of the park superintendent with respect to administrative rules governing the activities and services offered, and certain conditions for visitors staying in the park.

The Parks Regulation also sets out the rules governing admission fees established for Québec parks in the 2001-2002 season. The introduction of admission fees was chosen by the Ministère as an excellent means of obtaining a contribution from all park visitors, which is reinvested in conservation and in the enhancement of park land.
